Spirituality is about principles (ideas) and practices (behaviors) that have as their natural result the deepening of relationship, here and now. It is not about debating, arguing, trying to convert; later or somewhere else. It is about the deepening of relationship, here and now.

Can spiritual principles and practices come from religion? Absolutely. They can also come from philosophies in countless forms. They can come from life itself, especially when we are aware of the connection between our inner state-of-being and the world around us (a relationship). Life is our classroom.
